About build3

We’re a mission driven startup studio (read more here) that builds impact oriented startups to better the mind, body and the earth. We work with Founders as their institutional co-founder until their venture is a self sufficient organisation and ready to scale. But we are not advisors, mentors, investors, incubators or accelerators - we are all of these! We are always co-building with the Founder, creatively, conscientiously, through the power of communities.

Your mission, should you choose to accept

As a founders office team member, we would love for you to contribute value through your effort and skills to one or more of build3's programs (startup studio/ biA accelerator, build3 fundraising bootcamp, bloom retreat, our startup ecoashram etc). This can be achieved through -

Getting deep into one of the programs - implement processes and strategies to scale the vertical
Building out new businesses, conducting fast experiments, conducting industry and competitor research to help stay ahead of the game
Working in multiple functional areas as per the organisation's needs such as Business Operations, Sales, Product Management, and Marketing.

What you need to bring to the table

Being a highly motivated, driven individual who is willing to learn the ropes of the business - everything from product, operations, sales, growth whilst adding value to work they do.
Being tenacious and willing to create their own opportunities by getting your hands dirty and executing
Fast-moving individuals who thrive in chaos and uncertainty.
Problem-solvers who love finding creative solutions; and
Team players looking to make authentic connections and join a community for life.
Ideally having been an entrepreneur at some point or having worked in founding teams would be a plus!
At build3 we have learned that for it to be a meaningful mutual experience, it needs to be a minimum of 6 months and on site in goa. So please do keep this in mind when applying.

What you can expect from us

build3 will provide a basic stipend of INR 25k for those with upto 2 years of experience and a maximum of 50k for those with 5 or more years of experience.
A collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on building high-impact startups that matter.
Access to our shared dorm-style accommodation at no additional cost (if you are comfortable with shared living spaces).
