Help Tell the Story of India’s Next Founder Ecosystem

build3 is creating a high-impact entrepreneurship ecosystem for early-stage founderswhere people don’t just build companies, they build themselves.

Through our intense, community-driven build3 cohorts, founders gain clarity, accountability, execution rhythm, and a tribe that genuinely supports their journey. These aren’t courses, they're transformational experiences that shape careers and companies.

Now we’re looking for a Video Editing Intern to capture these stories with emotion, depth, and energy.

Alongside our cohort programs, we’re building thestartup eco ashram 30-acre experimental living–learning–building space for founders, creators, and conscious entrepreneurs.
Your edits will document this evolution from bare earth to a thriving founder village.

About the Role – Video Editing Intern

You will shape how founders, investors, and creators see build3 and Eco Ashram.

Work across:
🎬 Cohort storytelling – highlight reels, founder moments, session snippets
🎬 Eco Ashram updates – site progress, walkthroughs, behind-the-scenes
🎬 Program marketing – launch teasers, narrative edits, emotional explainers
🎬 Social-first formats – reels, shorts, and founder-led content

Your mission, should you choose to accept

Video Editing & Storytelling

Edit short-form, high-energy videos from raw footage
Turn voice notes + rough ideas into crisp, narrative-driven edits
Maintain and evolve the build3 editing style: warm, founder-first, premium

Cohort Documentation

Convert live cohort moments into powerful reels
Extract founder testimonials and story-driven clips
Capture transformation and community energy

Eco Ashram Storybuilding

Edit monthly campus progress videos
Create visual updates around construction, design, and community life

Brand Messaging

Build video assets for program launches and announcements
Shape the emotional arc of build3’s public story

What You Bring

Strong portfolio of reels, shorts, narrative edits, or cinematic cuts
Skill in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci
Ability to craft emotion through pacing, music, and structure
Strong visual intuitionlight, tone, energy, vibe
Fast iteration, clean workflow, comfort in a remote setup

Bonus:

Simple motion graphics experience
Experience editing founder, program, or community-led content
Interest in startups, architecture, conscious living, or creative communities

Your First 90 Days

Produce program teasers + cohort highlight reels
Build a visual library of Eco Ashram progress stories
Establish a consistent editing style for build3 channels
Create founder narrative videos and transformation-related content

What you can expect from us

Stipend: ₹10,000-15,000/month
Work Mode: Remote-first, but occasional in-person work in Goa may be required
Duration: 3 months minimum, Based on performance this can grow into a full-time on-site role
