We are a purpose-driven organisation that helps impact founders build startups better. We do this through two core offerings: The startup studio and cohub.

The startup studio is a deep program that is designed to help impact founders build startups successfully; we work closely with founders right from the idea stage to helping them fundraise and scale their startups. You can learn more here

cohub is a wide program that is designed as a workation for founders and creators. Through this program, founders can access insights and connections of fellow founders via events we organise and serendipitous connections that take place while they stay with fellow founders and creators. Both these programs feed off of each other and bolster each other's respective offerings. While the studio/accelerator program helps impact founders upskill and build startups, the cohub program fosters conviviality among participants via the community programs we have on offer.

Your mission, should you choose to accept

The one and only objective you should have as an Intern is to contribute value through your effort and skills to one of build3 programs (startup studio, bIA accelerator, build3 eco-village etc), its startups and the community. This can be achieved through -

Getting deep into one of the programs - implement processes and strategies to scale the vertical
Building out new businesses, conducting fast experiments, conducting industry and competitor research to help stay ahead of the game
Working in multiple functional areas as per the organisation's needs such as Business Operations, Sales, Product Management, and Marketing.

What you need to bring to the table

(skills, character traits)

Being a highly motivated, driven individual who is willing to learn the ropes of the business - everything from product, operations, sales, growth whilst adding value to work they do.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, social media content, and newsletters.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/questionnaires.
Assist in organizing marketing events and campaigns and prepare detailed promotional presentations.
Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
Help organize and coordinate marketing activities or events.
Ideally having been an entrepreneur at some point or having worked in founding teams would be a plus!
At build3 we have learned that for it to be a meaningful mutual experience, it needs to be a minimum of 6 months and on site in goa. So please do keep this in mind when applying.

What you can expect from us

build3 will provide a basic stipend of INR 25k
The minimum timeline for internship is for 3 months, potential to engage longer is also available.
This is an in-person internship, remote engagement will be considered in very exceptional circumstances. We will provide free shared stay and subsidised food options for the time period!
