Actual sales -
Lead 1:1 calls with pre-qualified founder leads
Understand their startup journey, struggles, and where they need support
Pitch relevant Build3 programs based on their context
Explain the value of build3’s programs in a sharp, relevant, non-fluffy way
Follow up over Calls/WhatsApp/email to drive action
Handle objections with empathy and intelligence (not pushy tactics)
Coordinate over WhatsApp/email for follow-ups and confirmations
Owning the sales process -
Keep CRM updated with lead status and feedback
Track deal flow and conversion metrics weekly
Maintain MIS reports and scorecards for the program funnel and department P&L
Share insights with the GTM and program teams to improve conversion and experience
Own the founder pipeline end-to-end: discovery → match → close
(skills, character traits)
2–5 years of experience in founder-facing roles - sales, startup program admissions, VC, accelerators, or B2B consultative selling
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Well versed with startup terminology
A sharp listener who can probe, reframe, and guide effectively
Ability to handle high-context conversations and decision-making scenarios
Prior experience in or around early-stage startups is a big plus
Self-driven with a bias for action and ownership
You’ve worked with or been a founder yourself
You enjoy conversations that go deep - not small talk
You can build trust fast and guide people to clarity
You care about helping founders make better, faster decisions
You want to work closely with operators who’ve built a startup
build3 will provide a remuneration of INR 40k + profit share (similar to carried interest if you're familiar with venture capital parlance).
We will support you in finding a landing pad in Goa for your time here. If you're comfortable staying in a shared dorm, we have some facilities and we will be happy to provide that at no additional cost to you.
